3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (unless otherwise stated).

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

  • Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

  • We accept payment via secure third-party providers (Shopify Payments, PayFast, credit/debit cards, etc.).

4. Orders & Confirmation

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • This confirmation does not mean acceptance of your order — we reserve the right to verify and accept before processing.

  • If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a refund.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers or external factors are outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional charges.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Custom or clearance items may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

  • Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

7. Warranties

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or damage from improper handling.
