Joosubs Furniture Returns and Refunds Policy

We aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature and size of our furniture products, our return policy is as follows:

Defective or Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, you must notify the specific Joosubs branch within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for an inspection, repair, or replacement at no additional cost.

Change of Mind Returns: We do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind after 7 days of delivery, or once the item has been assembled and used. If a return is agreed upon outside of a defect claim, it may be subject to a restocking fee (e.g., 15% of the purchase price) and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been inspected at our warehouse.
